Mosquera voted best player of #ModenaVerona

Verona – Daniel Mosquera is the winner of the 6th round of Cuore Gialloblù, the poll that, for the past ten years, has allowed Verona fans to vote, through the Instagram Stories of Hellas Verona, for the player who stood out the most in each individual league match.

Making his first start of the season, the Colombian forward once again starred with a brace, putting Verona temporarily 1-2 ahead. In 79 minutes of action, Mosquera recorded 3 shots, scored 2 goals and won back 2 possessions. Thanks to these goals, he moves up to 4 goals for the season, averaging one goal every 25 minutes, and takes second place in the provisional standings.

Andréa Le Borgne finishes in second place. The French midfielder once again features among the three players who received the most votes from Gialloblù fans, extending his lead in the standings to 12 points. Verona's number 17 recorded a 93% passing accuracy, made three defensive blocks and won back possession on four occasions.

Edoardo Iannoni completes the podium. The number 44 had 57 touches, made four key passes and won five duels. Thanks to the point earned, Iannoni moves up to 3 points and draws level with Cerbone in the standings.
