In the following seasons, all played in Serie A, he stood out for his performances and decisive saves, particularly in the relegation playoff victory against Spezia in June 2023. The season that has just begun will be Montipò’s fifth in yellow and blue, and in the last match against Udinese he reached the milestone of 150 appearances with the Verona jersey.
