Serie B Women 2025/26 | Lumezzane win at the Olivieri Stadium

Verona – Hellas Verona Women vs Lumezzane ended 1-2 on Matchday 26 of the 2025/26 Serie B Femminile season.

As for the match report, Lumezzane threatened first in the 24th minute: Galbiati collected the ball on the edge of the box, set herself, and aimed for the bottom corner, but the shot was weak and Valzolgher gathered comfortably.

In the 33rd minute came a double chance: first, Lorieri delivered a dangerous cross from the left towards goal, with Valzolgher alert to push it behind for a corner. In the 80th minute, Zappi crossed from the left, the ball struck the crossbar and bounced back into play, with Grotti firing the rebound only to be denied by a decisive intervention from Valzolgher.

In the 85th minute, Verona tried to get back into the match through Demaio, whose shot from the edge of the box went wide.

Deep into stoppage time, in the 90+3rd minute, the Gialloblù side pulled one back: Demaio flicked a header into the six-yard box and Montesi, well positioned, controlled the ball and fired under the crossbar to make it 1-2.

After three minutes of added time, Verona’s final match of the league season ended in a 1-2 defeat.
