Serie BKT 2026/27 | Pre-match of #VeronaAscoli: Ticket Sales and Collection of 'Non vi lasceremo mai' Cards

Ticket sales for the Serie BKT match will continue on Sunday according to the procedures outlined below:

• Ticketone sales points and online: until 7 PM it will be possible to purchase tickets at the discounted presale price at all Ticketone sales points and HERE.

• Bentegodi Stadium Ticket Office: from 4.30 AM to 7.30 PM it will also be possible to purchase tickets at the ticket office located in Park A, where the ‘Stadium’ rate will apply.

• ‘We Are Hellas’ Membership holders: Members can purchase their tickets directly from HERE, with the same print-at-home option valid for entry, without going through the stadium ticket office. All information regarding the ‘We Are Hellas’ membership program is available HERE. Your personal code and purchase link are available in your membership area once you log in.

To avoid paying a higher price at the stadium ticket office on matchday, fans are encouraged to purchase tickets through the official website, hellasverona.ticketone.it, or alternatively at TicketOne sales points.

Fans are required to present an identity document for each ticket purchased, showing the ticket holder’s place of residence, in accordance with the restrictions introduced by the Italian Ministry of the Interior. A document showing the ticket holder’s place of residence must also be presented when entering the stadium.

Following instructions from the CASMS, issued further to the request of the National Observatory on Sports Events (Osservatorio Nazionale sulle Manifestazioni Sportive) dated 11 August 2026, under Determination No. 29, the sale of tickets is prohibited to all residents of the Provinces of Ascoli Piceno, Macerata, Fermo and Teramo.

Please also note that, in accordance with regulations, the Away Sector cannot be sold on the day of the match.

Tickets: If necessary, it will be possible to transfer the ticket to a third person by following the specific procedure HERE, by clicking on the three horizontal lines at the top right and then selecting Change User.

Transferable Season Tickets: It is necessary to follow the procedure described HERE by clicking on the three horizontal lines at the top right and then selecting ‘Cambio Supporto’ (Change Holder). The procedure is active up until 8 hours before the start of the match.

No registration on the website is required to complete the procedure.

The season ticket campaign will be suspended only on Sunday 23 August and will resume as normal on Monday 24 August. Season tickets can be purchased both at Ticketone sales points and online, where all relevant information is available.

On Sunday, August 23, 2026, it will be possible to collect loyalty cards for those who submitted their requests in previous weeks, as well as to submit applications for renewal, replacement, or subscription of the ‘Non vi lasceremo mai’ card at Ticket Office No. 1 from 4 PM to 7 PM.

If it is not possible to issue the card on the same day, it can be collected on Hellas Verona home match days or during the season ticket campaign opening days. All documentation and detailed information are available HERE.
