Verona - The gialloblù season ticket campaign for the 2026/27 Serie BKT season started on Thursday 9 July, at 10 AM.
From 'Veronesi tuti mati' to 'Veronesi tuti quanti': a well-known local saying is reimagined as the claim for Hellas Verona's new season ticket campaign for home league matches.
Because Gialloblù faith isn't a solitary madness, but a shared way of being that unites an entire city, generation after generation. A sense of belonging that isn't chosen and can't be explained: it's inherited, in gestures, in words, in the way one looks at the world.
It isn't a passion lived by halves: either you're in, or you can't understand it. And if you're in, then you're Veronese 'tuti quanti' - for better or worse, in everyday gestures before ever setting foot on the terraces. This is the thread running through the campaign: an identity recognized first in daily life and only afterward at the 'Bentegodi', transforming into voices singing as one for the gialloblù colours.
An occasion to reaffirm, without need for proclamations, the uniqueness of this city, this Club and its people.
Among this season's new features, the Club has decided to reintroduce the offer dedicated to families officially composed of 2 parents and at least one child.
The digital season ticket will be loaded directly onto the Hellas Verona FC ‘Non vi lasceremo mai’ loyalty card, which remains the only valid medium for completing the subscription and must be presented in its original form at TicketOne sales points.
For subscription purposes, only cards that are currently valid will be accepted.
If the card has expired and is not renewed within the period reserved for previous season ticket holders, it will not be possible to renew the season ticket, resulting in the loss of both the right of first refusal and the discounted price.
All supporters whose Supporter Card has expired, as well as those who have lost or damaged it, may request a replacement at a cost of €10 at Ticket Office No. 1 at the “Bentegodi” stadium during opening hours.
The card will be issued, where possible, on the same day or approximately within 5 days, at a cost of €10. In view of the time required for issuance, the Club recommends requesting it in good time.
The subscription or replacement of loyalty cards will be possible at Ticket Office No. 1 at the “Bentegodi” stadium on the opening days and times listed below:

These opening hours are valid until 10 August. New opening hours will be announced thereafter. Opening hours may be subject to change in the event of activities taking place at the “Bentegodi” stadium that are not organised by Hellas Verona FC.
Required documentation:
- photocopy of both sides of a valid identity document;
- ‘Non vi lasceremo mai’ loyalty card form completed in block capitals; the form can be downloaded HERE or, alternatively, requested at the ticket office;
- 1 recent passport-size photo;
- tax code.

All supporters are invited to subscribe to or renew their expired “Non vi lasceremo mai” card, in order to be able to follow the team during the league campaign, including away matches where the card may be required by public security authorities.

PERIOD 1
From 9 July to 21 July, ending at 12:00 PM: priority renewal period for previous season ticket holders who wish to keep the same seat.
PERIOD 2
From 22 July, starting at 12 PM, to 28 July, ending at 11.59 PM: priority renewal period for previous season ticket holders who wish to change seat.
PERIOD 3
From 29 July, starting at 12:00 PM: general sale period for new season ticket holders.
On the opening day of each new period, subscriptions will begin at 12:00 PM across all sales channels.
Previous season ticket holders for the 2025/26 season who renew exclusively during the priority renewal period, from 9 July to 28 July, will be able to benefit from a preferential price compared with the price list that will apply during the second general sale phase from 29 July.
All paid season tickets valid for the entire 2025/26 season will be eligible for the right of first refusal. Mini season tickets valid only for a limited number of matches, made available during the second part of last season, will not grant any right of first refusal.
REDUCED PRICES
WOMEN: any age
UNDER 14: for those born after 1 January 2012
UNDER 20: for those born after 1 January 2006
OVER 60: for those born before 1 January 1967
UNIVERSITY STUDENTS: only for Poltrone Est and Tribuna Superiore Ovest, for those born after 1 January 2000.
Supporters are invited to pay particular attention to the rate selected online or requested from the sales point operator, as it cannot subsequently be cancelled or replaced.
For ‘FULL PRICE‘ season tickets, please note the difference between the proposed rates:
- FULL PRICE TRANSFERABLE SEASON TICKET: indicates a transferable season ticket;
- REDUCED RATE NON-TRANSFERABLE SEASON TICKET: indicates a full-price non-transferable season ticket.
Promotion 3 or 3+ Poltrone Est: reserved exclusively for families whose official household composition consists of 2 parents and at least one child, starting from €390 during the first priority renewal phase or from €440 during the general sale period.
This year too, each additional child beyond the first, who must necessarily be included in the family status certificate, will pay €60 (€70 during the general sale period), with no limit on the number of children that can be added. Presentation of a family status certificate issued after 01/01/2026 is mandatory.
Reduced prices: for season ticket holders only, the youth reduced rate has been extended to Under 20 and will also be valid in Curva Sud. In addition, the reduced rate for all Under-26 university students has been maintained.
During the league campaign, the Under-18 reduced rate will be available for young supporters purchasing match tickets.
- University students: for all students born after 1 January 2000 who present their university booklet or proof of enrolment at any university. The reduction is limited to the Poltrone Est and Tribuna Superiore Ovest sectors and is available exclusively at the stadium ticket offices.
- Under 20: for all young supporters born after 01/01/2006. In this case, the rate is valid in all sectors, including Curva Sud.
- Women reduced price: in all sectors, with the exception of Curva Sud, for any age.
- Over 60 reduced price: in all sectors, for those born before 1 January 1967.
- Under 14 reduced price: in all sectors, with the exception of Curva Sud, for those born before 1 January 2012.
Promotion 3 – Poltrone Est: this offer is valid exclusively for the Poltrone Est sector, subject to availability, with Sector 8 recommended. It is reserved exclusively for families whose official household composition consists of 2 parents and at least one child, with no limit on the number of children or their age. Families will be able to purchase the season tickets in a single transaction, provided they present at the “Bentegodi” stadium ticket offices a recent family status certificate, issued after 1 January 2026, confirming the official household composition of the family wishing to benefit from the promotion. Self-certifications and requests submitted without the above-mentioned documentation will not be accepted. By clicking HERE, it will be possible to download the digital certificate free of charge.
University students: for all students born after 1 January 2000 who present their university booklet or proof of enrolment at any university. The reduced rate is limited to the Poltrone Est and Tribuna Superiore Ovest sectors and is available exclusively at the stadium ticket offices.
Transferable or corporate company season tickets: for all those who are concerned they may not be able to attend every home match due to possible early or late kick-offs scheduled by Lega Serie B, it will be possible to purchase a season ticket at a particularly convenient price, allowing it to be transferred to third parties with no limit on the number of matches transferred. In particular, two options are available depending on the subscriber’s profile:
- Transferable, reserved for all supporters holding a ‘Non vi lasceremo mai’ Supporter Card who, during the season, may wish to transfer certain matches to another supporter who must also hold the card.
- Corporate, non-personal and reserved for companies. Each company may purchase multiple season tickets. To subscribe to a Corporate or Company season ticket, a recent company registration certificate must be presented if the subscription is made by the legal representative. Alternatively, if an authorised representative of the legal representative attends the ticket office, the company registration certificate must be accompanied by a delegation or power of attorney on company letterhead. The subscription may also be completed online by sending the documentation by email. In this case, the ticket office can be contacted at biglietteria@hellasverona.it.
For both types, completion of the process and change of user — namely, transfer of the ticket entitlement — will be possible exclusively online through the TicketOne website.
- Transfer procedure for Transferable season tickets: access the TicketOne website, click on the three horizontal lines in the top right corner and then select “Cambio Supporto”. Registration on the website is not required to complete the procedure.
- Transfer procedure for Corporate season tickets: through a simple online procedure indicated during the purchase process, it will be possible to register the name and details of the person who will actually attend the match, as well as print the access ticket confirming the registration, to be presented at the entrance turnstiles together with a valid identity document.
Bentegodi stadium ticket office — ONLY Promotion 3 and 3+, University Students and Corporate: at Ticket Office No. 1 at the “Bentegodi” stadium, it will be possible to purchase exclusively “Promotion 3 and 3+”, “University Students” and “Corporate” season tickets, only on the following days and at the following times:

PARTERRE EST: this season, the sector will not be available for season ticket purchase, as it will be reserved for various initiatives during the sporting season. Season ticket holders from the 2025/26 season will be able to move to a new sector of their choice during the seat-change phase, from 22 to 28 July, while benefiting from the price reserved for existing season ticket holders. Hellas Verona FC, in collaboration with TWY, will contact supporters by phone via the number 0454490009 to inform them of the options available to them.
CURVA EST: this season, the sector will not be on sale. Season ticket holders from the 2025/26 season will be able to move to a new sector of their choice during the seat-change phase, from 22 to 28 July, while benefiting from the price reserved for existing season ticket holders. PLEASE NOTE
- Any changes to kick-off time or match date decided by Lega Nazionale Professionisti Serie B during the league campaign shall not entitle supporters to request any refund.
- Access to the sports facility requires compliance with the health protocols in force and with all procedures aimed at mitigating the risk of infection or virus transmission, in accordance with current regulations and FIGC guidelines. Please note that, in the event of changes by the competent authorities to the health regulations governing access to the facility and attendance at events, such changes shall not entitle supporters to request a partial or full refund of the season ticket.
The subscription of a season ticket implies acceptance of the “Code of Conduct and Regulations Governing the Transfer of Access Tickets to Football Events” adopted by Hellas Verona FC, as well as the “Regulations for the Use of the Marcantonio Bentegodi Stadium” and any subsequent amendments or additions thereto.
