Bragantini: “Humility, desire and determination are the positive aspects we must restart from”

Mestre (VE) - The statements of the yellow-and-blue coach Simone Bragantini, released at the end of Venezia-Hellas Verona Women, 17th matchday of Serie B Femminile 2025/26.

Coach, what is your analysis of today’s match? "It was a very gritty match, conditioned by the rain, wind and weather. A tense game in which we did well to always stay inside the match. At times we had good superiority, at others credit must be given to Venezia who were better, but we did well to limit their play. There are many positive aspects today, as far as I’m concerned, on which we must continue to work. First of all humility, attachment to the match and the desire to always stay in the game. There was that will, that decision and that determination which are fundamental, especially after the first half of the first half".

Next week we return home, against Cesena, for the last match before the break. Where must we restart from? "We must restart precisely from the spirit seen from the middle of the first half onwards: that is the identity we must have. We must also learn to read matches better, understand when it is necessary to play more vertically and attack the depth, because opponents do not always allow space for combination play. In this respect we are growing and we must continue to work, restarting from the positive aspects shown today".
