Flavius Daniliuc for the Hellas Verona defence!

Verona - Hellas Verona FC announces that they have acquired the registration rights of Austrian defender Flavius Daniliuc on loan from Unione Sportiva Salernitana 1919.

Born in Vienna on 27th April 2001, he began his career with Austrian side Admira Wacker before moving to Rapid Vienna's youth sector. After just one year, comes a transfer to the Real Madrid cantera. He stayed in Spain for three years, from 2011 to 2014, before moving to the youth team of Bayern Munich. With the Bavarians he played from 2015 to 2020 and in the latter year he also made his debut in the second team.

In the 2020/21 season, he moved to Nice and made his Ligue 1 debut with the French outfit on 2nd September in a match against Paris Saint Germain. With the Rossoneri shirt he played two seasons, collecting 49 appearances and scoring one goal. In his first season he also made his debut in Europe, in a match against Slavia Prague in the Europa League.

From the 2022/23 season comes the move to Salernitana. With the Granata shirt, he played his first season in Serie A, appearing in 27 matches. He also started the following season in the Salernitana shirt, playing 14 matches before moving in the winter transfer window to Salzburg. From January to June 2024, he played 11 matches in Austria's top league.

Daniliuc also wore the Austrian national team jersey, playing with all youth selections until he played three matches with the senior national team, also participating in Euro2024.
