From 10 AM on Monday, October 26: General sale of tickets for the Hellas Verona vs Carrarese match will be available through the following sales channels:

• Sales points: Tickets can be purchased at all Ticketone sales outlets located throughout Italy. The full list of authorized points of sale can be found HERE.

• Online: Tickets can be purchased from home via the Ticketone website, with the option to print the ticket directly — valid for entry without the need to collect it at the stadium ticket office. All details about the service are available HERE.

• ‘We Are Hellas’ Membership holders: Registration for the We Are Hellas membership programme is free and available HERE. Members can purchase their tickets directly from HERE, with the same print-at-home option valid for entry, without going through the stadium ticket office. All information regarding the ‘We Are Hellas’ membership program is available HERE. Your personal code and purchase link are available in your membership area once you log in.

It is recommended to purchase tickets in advance to avoid queues and higher prices at the stadium ticket office.

Registration for the ‘We Are Hellas’ membership programme is free and can be completed HERE.

Members of the new ‘We Are Hellas’ membership programme will be able to purchase tickets at a discounted price exclusively HERE by entering the code received during registration.

Tickets will be available from Monday 26 October (at 10 AM) HERE or at Ticketone sales points throughout Italy, which can be found HERE, at a cost of €17 (price not including fees applied by the ticket vendor).

Tickets for the ‘Away Section – Curva Nord’ will be available until 7 PM on Saturday 31 October 2026, in accordance with regulations and subject to availability. Supporters are also advised that this section is not equipped to accommodate people with motor disabilities.

For public order reasons, Hellas Verona recommends that all Carrarese supporters residing in Veneto or other regions also purchase tickets for the Away Supporters’ Section.

For the football match “Hellas Verona – Carrarese”, scheduled for 1 November 2026, which has been identified as presenting potential security risks, the following organisational measures are recommended for adoption by the Stadium Safety and Security Group (GOS):

– Tickets for residents of the Province of Massa-Carrara may be sold exclusively for the away supporters’ section and only to holders of a Carrarese Calcio 1908 membership card.

Tickets: If necessary, tickets may be transferred to another person by following the dedicated procedure available HERE. Click on the three horizontal lines in the top-right corner, select ‘After-Sales Services’, log in and then select ‘Change User’.

Transferable Season Tickets: It will be necessary to follow the procedure available HERE by clicking on the three horizontal lines in the top-right corner, selecting ‘After-Sales Services’, logging in and then selecting ‘Change Support’.

The procedure is available until 8 hours before kick-off. Registration on the website is required to complete the procedure.

Fans are reminded that the ‘Non vi lasceremo mai’ membership card linked to a season ticket valid for the 2026/27 season allows entry to the ‘M. Bentegodi’ Stadium until the end of the championship, even if the card has expired. There is no need to replace it.

However, the card must be renewed if fans wish to follow the team away from home in matches for which the Italian Ministry of the Interior allows ticket purchases only to Hellas Verona members.

On Sunday, November 1, 2026, it will be possible to collect loyalty cards for those who submitted their requests in previous weeks, as well as to submit applications for renewal, replacement, or subscription of the ‘Non vi lasceremo mai’ card at Ticket Office No. 1 from 1.30 PM to 5.15 PM.

If it is not possible to issue the card on the same day, it can be collected on Hellas Verona home match days. The next available date will be Friday, 10 November, for Hellas Verona-Cesena. All documentation and detailed information are available HERE.
