Welcome Jordi Mboula, new Hellas Verona forward

Verona - Hellas Verona FC announces the acquisition of forward Jordi Mboula, who has signed a contract with the Club until 30th June 2027.

Born on 16th March 1999 in Granollers, Spain, Mboula begins his career in the youth system of Barcelona, where he plays from 2010 to 2017, in march 2017 he makes his professional debut in the spanish Segunda Division B against Atletico Levante.

Prior to the 2017/2018 season Mboula joins Monaco and the french league where in 2018 he scores his first professional goal in a 3-0 win against Troyes.

From the 2019/2020 season to june 2022 he plays for Cercle Bruges, SD Huesca - where he won the 2019/2020 spanish Segunda Division title - RCD Mallorca and Estoril Praia, collecting 73 appearances, three goals and seven assist posted between leagues and national cups.

In the 2022/2023 season he joins Racing Santander, where Mboula collects 35 appearances, six goals and one assist between the spanish Segunda Division and Copa del Rey, finishing the season as the second best goalscorer in the team.

With the spanish national team, the forward has 41 appearances splitted between the Under 16, Under 17 and Under 19 selections - scoring 15 goals - and reaching the final of the 2017 Under 17 Euros.
