Cuore Gialloblù | A brace and first win for Mosquera on his Serie A debut

Verona - Daniel Mosquera is the winner of the first leg of the new season of Cuore Gialloblù, the poll that for the past eight years has allowed fans to elect the Hellas player who has most distinguished himself in every single league match through votes in Verona's Instagram Stories.

The newcomer to the Yellow-Blue's took just two minutes to make his mark in the match against Napoli, and thus also won the first leg of the contest. The Colombian striker, who came on in the 73rd minute, scored the decisive brace in the victory against Napoli on his debut in the Italian league. Mosquera was also the Yellow-Blue player with the most shots to the goal (3).

The second step of the podium, on the other hand, was taken by Jackson Tchatchoua, author of a test of great application and running on the right flank. The Yellow-Blue full-back collected three crosses, 21 passes and two tackles, one of which was fundamental on Kvaratskhelia's conclusion at the end of the first half.

Third place for Ondrej Duda. The Slovak midfielder was employed for 90 minutes and finished the match as the team's leader in terms of the number of positive passes made (37) and also recorded the assist for Mosquera's first goal.
